The best restaurant we went to in San Jose . Do yourself a favour and go! We went twice everything we ate was delicious. Lovely wait staff and chefs terrific . Highly recommend!

Great seafood place where you can choose your dish directly from the "market" located inside. Fresh fish and sea platters with a highly attentive service!
Great black rice here, nice and crunchy on the base tender squid with Al dente rice. This was the restaurant's s first day opening after their holiday and we were made very welcome with our two dogs. Well priced for the quality, they also have a really good selection of fresh fish and meat.

These guys went above and beyond to look after us this afternoon. Due to a five hour flight delay we arrived in San José too late for lunch. Everywhere was closing but when I explained the situation they opened up the kitchen again for us and we had two amazing Aberdeen Angus burgers and a chicken pincho. Thank you so much for your amazing service, food and friendliness. Great wine too .

A great choice if you wanna opt for fish food in San josé. The restaurant has its own fish counter where you can pick your own fish and have it then cooked in the restaurant! We had the black rice with cuttlefish which tasted awesome for a reasonable price (25€/2 people).

We had a fantastic time in La Palmera. Great food, fair price and great service. Very friendly owner. We ll be back for sure!

El sitio es agradable, bien decorado y el servicio muy amable... pero lo mejor, Pedro, el Chef de Sushi nos ha preparado un sushi especial fuera de carta que ha sido increíble, el mejor que hemos probado. Se nota la pasión que pone en sus platos, volveremos seguro!

The place is pleasant, well-decorated, and the service is very friendly... but the best thing is that Pedro, the sushi chef, prepared a special sushi dish off the menu that was incredible, the best we've ever had. You can clearly see the passion he puts into his dishes; we'll definitely be back!
